Monthly Plan — what is included, who it is for

The Monthly Plan at ₹1,500 is meant for Indian SMBs and D2C brands that want the full ChatYug stack without a long contract: bulk messaging, chatbot builder, automation rules, analytics, APIs, and email support. It suits lower or pilot volumes, seasonal campaigns, or teams validating WhatsApp before moving to annual billing.

Annual Plan — what is included, who it is for, savings explanation

The Annual Plan is ₹15,000 per year—₹3,000 less than twelve monthly payments—and targets growing teams ready to commit for the year. It adds priority support, deeper analytics and integration help, a dedicated account manager, and hands-on assistance with Meta registration and business verification (Green Tick) applications.

What is NOT charged separately by ChatYug

ChatYug does not charge a separate setup or onboarding fee on the listed plans. You pay ChatYug's platform subscription and, separately, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform rates as published by Meta—ChatYug does not add a per-message margin on top of Meta's metered charges. Core platform access includes template submission workflows, webhook configuration, and baseline API access as part of the product.

  • No setup fee on the standard Monthly and Annual plans (see Contact for custom enterprise arrangements).
  • No ChatYug per-message markup beyond Meta's own WhatsApp Business Platform pricing; Meta invoices usage to your business account.
  • Included in the platform: template management and submission support, webhook setup, REST APIs for messaging and operations, and the automation and commerce modules described on the Features page.

How ChatYug pricing compares to Wati, Interakt, and AiSensy

ChatYug's published entry price is ₹1,500 per month. Wati, Interakt, and AiSensy typically publish higher entry or growth-tier prices on their own sites (often from roughly ₹2,000–₹2,500 per month upward for paid tiers, depending on the vendor and plan). Figures move with promos and tax presentation, so always confirm live numbers on each provider's pricing page before you buy.

Provider Entry plan (INR / month) Notes
ChatYug ₹1,500 Includes bulk messaging, chatbot builder, automation, commerce, developer APIs.
Wati Growth tier commonly listed around ₹1,999–₹2,499/mo (check wati.io) Shared inbox, broadcasts, chatbot sessions, integrations; higher tiers add more automation and support (per Wati's public pricing pages).
Interakt Growth plan listed at ₹2,499/mo + taxes (check interakt.ai/pricing) Shared inbox, campaigns, catalogs, payments on higher tiers; unlimited agents on listed plans per Interakt's pricing page.
AiSensy Basic plan listed at ₹1,500/mo (annual billing often discounted; check aisensy.com/pricing) Broadcasting, live chat, Shopify/WooCommerce connectors, chatbot integrations; Meta message rates apply separately per AiSensy's docs.

Meta WhatsApp Business API charges explained

Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform bills usage separately from any BSP subscription. Categories include marketing, utility, authentication, and service (user-initiated) traffic; Meta has been shifting toward per-delivered-message pricing for several template categories—see Meta's official pricing page for current India rates and rules. ChatYug's ₹1,500 / ₹15,000 fees cover our software and support only, not Meta's metered charges.

For authoritative rate tables and category definitions, refer to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform pricing documentation.

ChatYug Onboarding Timeline

Most ChatYug customers go from signup to sending live WhatsApp messages within 3 to 7 business days. Day 1: account creation, billing setup, and Meta Business Account linking. Day 2 to 3: WhatsApp number verification and BSP migration if you're moving from another provider. Day 3 to 5: template message submission and approval through Meta. Day 5 to 7: chatbot flow setup, contact import, and first test broadcast. Annual Plan customers receive dedicated account manager support throughout this process plus assistance with Meta business verification (Green Tick) applications, which run on Meta's own 4 to 12 week review cycle.
