ChatYug is owned and operated by SICI Technologies, a Meta Certified Business Partner based in Bharuch, Gujarat. Since 2022 we have focused on Indian SMBs and D2C brands that need official WhatsApp Business API access without enterprise price tags. Our customers use ChatYug for campaigns, support automation, commerce, and integrations across India.
Why we built ChatYug
Many Indian businesses were priced out of full-featured BSP stacks or forced into tools that lacked commerce, APIs, and ERP-friendly workflows. ChatYug was built to close that gap: a single platform with bulk messaging, automation, WhatsApp Commerce, and developer hooks at a published entry price of ₹1,500 per month, inclusive of GST as stated on our pricing page.

Where we are based
We operate from Bharuch, Gujarat, India (Tier-2), with a distributed team supporting customers nationwide. Being outside a metro keeps our cost structure realistic and reflects the SMB markets we serve—language support for operations includes English, Hindi, and Gujarati for customer-facing work as noted in our positioning.
